2.2. Availability: All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to suspend or withdraw products without prior notice.

2.3. Prices: Prices are displayed in Mexican pesos (MXN) and include VAT unless otherwise stated. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.

3. Purchase Process

3.1. Placing Orders: To purchase, select the products, add them to the cart, and complete the payment process. By confirming your order, you accept these Terms and Conditions.

3.2. Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation email with the details of your order. If you do not receive it, contact us at info@galaxiia.mx.

3.3. Cancellations: You may cancel your order before it is processed for shipping by notifying us within 24 hours of the purchase.

4. Payment Methods

4.1. Available Options: We accept payments via credit and debit cards and SPEI transfers through our secure payment gateway, Stripe.

4.2. Security: All transactions are protected by PCI DSS protocols. We do not store card information on our site.

4.3. Invoicing: If you require an invoice, please send your tax information to info@galaxiia.mx within 5 business days following your purchase.

5. Shipping

5.1. Providers: Shipments are made through Skydropx, with couriers such as DHL, FedEx, Estafeta, among others.

5.2. Delivery Times: Delivery times vary depending on the destination and shipping type (standard or express). In Mexico City, the estimated time is 1-3 business days; in the rest of Mexico, 3-7 business days; internationally, 7-15 business days.

5.3. Costs: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and selected courier.

5.4. Tracking: We provide a tracking number so you can follow your order. We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier or external factors (such as customs for international shipments).

5.5. Incorrect Address: It is your responsibility to provide a correct delivery address. Additional costs due to errors in the address will be borne by the customer.

6. Returns and Refunds

6.1. Return Policy: We only accept returns if the product has a manufacturing defect. Returns for other reasons, such as a change of mind or personal preferences, are not accepted.

6.2. Defective Products: If the product arrives with a manufacturing defect, contact us at info@galaxiia.mx within 24 hours of receipt to arrange a replacement or refund at no cost.

6.3. Process: To process a return for a defect, send an email to info@galaxiia.mx with the order number, a description of the defect, and evidence (photos or videos). We will evaluate the case, and if the defect is confirmed, we will cover the return shipping costs.

6.4. Refunds: Refunds for manufacturing defects are processed within 10 business days after receiving the returned product, using the original payment method.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1. All designs, images, logos, and content on the site are the property of Galaxiia or its authorized creators. Reproduction or use without express permission is prohibited.

8. Data Protection

8.1. We collect personal information (name, address, email, etc.) solely to process orders and shipments. We comply with the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties. See our Privacy Policy.

8.2. We do not share your data with third parties, except with payment and shipping providers to fulfill your order.
