At Galaxiia, we offer 100% Mexican artisanal jewelry accessories, crafted with passion and care by Mexican hands. Below, we explain how the purchasing process works in our online store:

• Prices: All our prices include VAT, so you know exactly how much you’ll pay for your unique artisanal piece. There are no hidden costs.

• Payment methods: We accept credit cards, debit cards, and interbank transfers. Make your payment securely through our platform.

• Processing and delivery: Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Once processed, delivery time depends on the courier and may vary between 2 and 5 business days. We will provide you with a tracking number to keep you updated on your shipment.

• Shipping costs: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location in Mexico. We offer free shipping on purchases over $2,500 MXN!

• Sales in Mexico: Currently, we only ship within Mexico. If you’re interested in purchasing from abroad, contact us at info@galaxiia.mx to explore personalized options.

• Cancellations: If you need to cancel your order, please contact us at info@galaxiia.mx before the shipment is processed. We will do our best to assist you.

• Invoicing: If you wish to receive an invoice for your purchase, please provide us with your complete tax information at the time of placing your order or within the same month the purchase was made.

In accordance with SAT requirements under CFDI 4.0, it is essential to provide the following information:

  • RFC (Federal Taxpayer Registry)

  • Full name or business name (exactly as it appears on your Tax Status Certificate)

  • Tax regime

  • Postal code of the tax address

  • CFDI use (e.g., G03 – General expenses)

Important:

• To ensure the correct issuance of the invoice, we recommend sending your current Tax Status Certificate.

• Invoices will not be issued if the information is incomplete or incorrect.

• Invoices are only issued during the month in which the purchase was made, without exception.
