RETURN POLICIES

At Galaxiia, we work diligently to ensure that each piece of artisanal jewelry reaches your hands in perfect condition. Our return policy is designed to guarantee your satisfaction and comply with Mexican regulations:

• Conditions for returns: We only accept returns if the product arrives with a manufacturing defect. We do not accept returns due to a change of mind, given the artisanal and unique nature of our pieces.

• Timeframe to report a defect: If your product has a defect, please notify us within the first 24 hours after receiving the product by sending an email to info@galaxiia.mx with details and photos of the defect.

• Return process: Once we receive and review the returned product, we will process the refund. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your bank, typically between 5 and 15 business days.

• Shipping costs: If the return is due to a defect on our part, Galaxiia will cover the return shipping costs. We will provide you with a shipping label to facilitate the process.

• Condition of the product: The product must be returned in its original packaging, unused, and with all tags and accessories included.
